Phoebe is a true sweetheart! She is the biggest love to everyone and everything, big or small. Phoebe is a lower drive girl but absolutely loves water!! Loves it! If she had it her way, she would be on the couch, cuddling, all day, every day with some trips to the pond or pool to enjoy the water. She has a lower toy or treat drive but will do anything for some praise and affection.
